Barnstable and Hyannis House
Located at the corner of North and Sea Street Extension, our Barnstable and Hyannis House residences contain 71 units of Chapter 667 elderly/disabled housing. Each building has studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units on 3 floors; there is no elevator in either building - these are walk-up units. Each apartment has either a balcony or a patio. Laundry facilities are located on the bottom floor of each building. A large common area courtyard separates the two houses. There is a Community Room for use by all residents located on the first floor of Barnstable House.
