Adams Court is a Cape Cod style apartment site for elderly/young disabled located near the West End of Hyannis. Each of the 2 story cedar shingled building houses 16 apartments. There is no elevator on the property. All units are 1 bedroom type with eat-in kitchen/living area, bedroom and bathroom. There is a separate Community Building with kitchen, laundry facilities, a family type room with large screen TV, bathrooms, and a Resident Services office on site. Handicapped access to the Community area is on the side of the building.
All rents are based upon income.
