The Barnstable Housing Authority has a full time Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) for the elderly/young disabled complexes.  The week is split between the different developments with the main service office at 500 Old Colony Road, Hyannis. 

Among the many varied duties of the RSC are coordination of the 'Brown Bag' program in conjunction with the Greater Boston Food Bank, acting as ombudsman when tenant issues arise, making referrals to outside agencies for residents in need of services, and friendly home visits.

The Resident Service positions are funded by grants.
